Error Message in Chrome When Trying to Print/Save Bill PDF
I'm using Chrome/Windows 10, and have unblocked popups for the Xfinity website. When I try to "Print/Save Statement (PDF)" a new window opens, and I get an error message "Failed to load PDF document." Any suggestions?

Do you have Adobe Acrobat Reader, or another PDF reader on your computer?

Yes, other pdfs open fine in Chrome. The Xfinity bill is the only one that doesn't. I can't even download it.

I can confirm that on my machine, both in Chrome and Firefox (and Adobe after I download it), specifically my bill PDF fails to load. All other PDFs work fine

Can confirm same in chrome and Firefox on multiple Android devices, and chrome, Firefox, edge and Internet explorer on multiple Windows 10 machines. They all load PDF fine otherwise. The PDF file are downloading empty at zero bytes. Been like this for weeks!
Another thread going on same issue here:. https://forums.xfinity.com/t5/My-Account-Sign-In-Xfinity-Website/Print-Save-Bill-PDF-does-not-work/td-p/3292243

That link has garbage characters tacked on to the end that will prevent it from working in most browsers. https://forums.xfinity.com/t5/My-Account-Sign-In-Xfinity-Website/Print-Save-Bill-PDF-does-not-work/m-p/3292243#M32946 should be OK.

This sometimes happens to me when I follow the "View Bill Details" link and click "Print/Save Statement (PDF)". When it does, I go to the "View Bill History" link on the main Billing page, and click the "View PDF" link for the current bill on https://customer.xfinity.com/#/billing/past-statements. That usually works, but sometimes I just have to wait a day or two until Billing gets its act together.

Ok..clicking on the link from past billing statements did work. Thank you
Why not fix the link from the dashboard page?

Thanks for flagging folks, this is a known defect for folks who have linked accounts and has been requested as a fix. I don't have any additional information on estimated time but I'm asking for us.
BruceW is spot on with the workaround.

It is a pretty bad experience. View my bill button is in the home page after logging in . This issue has been open for more than a year. The only reason why me and most people login would be to view/pay the bill. I cant believe that, this is not considered as a show stopper.
