Entered wrong address

I placed an order with the address of my apartment but it did not include the apartment number. Whoever was in the chat at the time of my order said to complete the order and then let them know when it was done, but once the order completed the chat disappered so I don't know how to change my address on the account. It has the right place just no apartment number on it.
