Deactivate/unlink old internet service accounts

Hi, 

When signed in to my account I can see multiple accounts, both active and inactive. Please help me remove the inactive one, as I'm suspecting it causes credential issues when I try to log into hotspots. I've tried going through the xfinity website, but couldn't find a way to accomplish this. Thank you!
