Date selection on payment scheduling is incorrect

I just wanted to point out that when I go to make a payment on my account and select a payment date that the date selection calendar returns a date that is off by one day.  For example, if I select February 8th, it returns February 9th instead.  In order to get the 8th, I must select the 7th. This is the second month in a row that I have seen this behavior.
