Data usage overview glitch
In Edge, Chrome, and Firefox, the "Devices" page in My Account on the web shows:
The "Total Usage" numbers are correct, but the "Overage" numbers are not only incorrect, they're ridiculous. The graphical representation is waaaaay out-to-lunch as well.
??????????????????????????
ETA: This is in South-Central PA, which, according to https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/data-usage-find-area, is not subject to the Data Usage Plan.
First reported on 3/2, still broken on 3/6, 3/9,

I'm seeing the same exact thing as of today. I'm in an area with no data caps, and all of the sudden going as far back as September, I'm seeing overage listed for everything over 1 GB used.

For the 3rd day, this data usage reporting weirdness continues. Given the amount of customer suspicion over data usage reporting I would think Comcast would be anxious to avoid obvious errors in the display of the data.

I checked with numerous people in the Philly region and they're all seeing the same thing. I've even contacted Comcast a few times about it. Each time they've acted like it's the 1st time they've heard about it. I'm not holding my breath that it'll get fixed anytime soon ... but you never know

I'm seeing the same bug on my xfinity-account screen via Brave Browser on latest Mac OS/X. Seems like it occurs in areas where administrative data-caps are unnecessary and unused. The symptom is that all customer data usage is reported as having exceeded the nonexistent cap, presumably related to code written to consider a cap value of "zero" to mean "no cap". Total monthly usage is reported as exactly double the real usage, showing as two different color blocks of exact same size stacked on top of each other in each histogram entry. The two colors might be red and blue, I can check the colors with iphone/color-blind-app if that could somehow help the developer responsible for fixing the bug. The bug is minor, a display bug that does not affect customer data traffic. There is no known workaround.

That's not quite what I'm seeing -- note the image in my OP. If N is the base usage, then when N>1 the overage amount is N-1, and the total (incorrect, overstated) usage = 2N-1. The implied data cap is 1 GB, not 0 GB.
Well, yes, but can a company which is unable to report data usage correctly be trusted to count data usage correctly? And, where applicable, to bill for data usage correctly???

If you all are still getting the incorrect usage graph listing, then it's a regional thing.
I checked mine mar 3rd, & graph and list were fine. This is the mar 3rd screen capture.
