Cant access online account

Cant access online account

My account says:

 

"We're getting your account set up. Check back soon to track and activate your services."

 

Its been like this since I signed up (months ago)

 

There appears to be no way to view my bill or even get help from xfinity about this. 

 

Any suggestions?
