Cannot log in to Xfinity.com or the App

I cannot log in so cannot proceed with self set up. Trying instructions without mobile device and still unsuccessful. Went to store and nothing. How can this be solved? Or how do I schedule a NEW appointment with technician for installation since I cannot access the self installation instructions without signing in? Cannot see details of my account either. Thanks.
