Cannot link new address account after moving now showing communication error at login

I moved to a new condo on 12/30.  My old address and account were showing on my account with my email and phone number linked.  The phone rep setup a new id to link to the new address and required another non-xfinity number and email to link in order to update my information.  I am now receiving a communication error when trying to log into either id and cannot confirm if the account was linked correctly and my existing email accounts were copied as well.  How can I go back to my original login with my old / new account numbers linked without jumping through these hoops.  I've already wasted 2+ hours on the phone withe the Tennant contact team with no success.
