I cannot sign into my account. Despite resetting password and being a customer for over a year, I keep getting the message "We are unable to access your account. Would you like to try again?" or "We're getting your account set up. Check back soon to track and activate your services."
Sounds like your login profile and your account are out of sync and needs to be reset. Maybe one of the knowledgeable agents (search 'account login' for other threads) can assist.
