Cannot access account, chat with agent, or schedule a call

Although yesterday I was able to make changes to my billing, today when I tried logging in the website said my account wasn't activated and I couldn't see my billing or anything. The virtual agent gave me the option of chatting with an agent or scheduling a call, neither of which worked.
