activated my services at Xfinity about a week and a half ago. I am STILL unable to access my account or bill online, the image below is what I get every time I log in. I cannot see when my bill is due or what my balance is. I have spoken on the phone to two peole at Xfinity that have not been able to help me. Has this happened to anyone else? Please help!
I have been unable to view my bill online for over a month. Multiple contacts with Xfinity with no assistance in this matter. Their website is broken and no one is interesting in correcting the problem, apparently. I'm sorry that you are also experiencing the problem, but I've not been able to get a satisfactory response from Xfinity, either.
I'm assuming you've both started here to troubleshoot
