Can’t use anything - Acc issue

Good Evening,

I’ve read of the same issue with other users in other areas of the form. Essentially I have my old service account still attached to my user ID. So when using any apps such as the XFi or Stream app it says I need to upgrade my service or add video service. Seems most people were successful when their accounts were unlinked. Looking for professional assistance

We have now enabled the ability for you to unlink accounts you do not want linked directly from the My Account website experience.
