Can't access my account or change settings

This all started when I was no longer able to connect to xfinitywifi on my laptop, as no login screen popped up. I went into my account on my phone however whenever I clicked on the my account link it would open a screen saying "Thanks for your purchase... 

We're getting your account set up. Check back soon to track and activate your services."

I have had an account for a while now, and have used the wifi hotspots before. 

Please help, I would like to use wifi on my laptop again.

I have the exact same problem. Even though I get emails notifying me that someone's logged into my account (me) I always get taken to a screen telling me to be patient as my new account is being set up. Also, the online chat service doesn't work at all.

I am in the same boat. Keep getting the “Thank you for your purchase. Your account is being set up.” Happens every time I try to login thru the website. The app will say that I am logged in but that it cannot get my account details and to try again. Is this something that I need to call about to get fixed?
