Can't access any information on account

Hello,

I have an old account associated with my personal email address that I can log in to (should be this account I'm posting under EDIT: this forum account seems to be tied to some Comcast email as well, but the personal email I'm referring to is a Gmail account), but I just get an error message such as

 

"Sorry, This Isn’t Working Right Now"

 

when trying to view any details of the account. (It could simply be because it's been so long since I've had service under that email address?) This isn't so much an urgent issue, but if I were to have a Comcast account in the future, I would like to be able to use my personal email address.

 

(As a side note, my current phone number is attached to a more recent (but still inactive) Comcast account I was forced to create with a comcast.net email address because of this issue last time, so it wouldn't even let me attach my phone number to the older account with my personal email. Could somehow (1) it be fixed so that I can properly use the account attached to my personal email, and (2) have the two accounts merged, so that if I use Comcast in the future, my personal email and phone number can all be tied to a single Comcast account? Again, none of this is urgent as I currently don't have Comcast service, but I would like to be able to fix this so it's not an issue should I need to activate future service.)

Also note for other folks coming here, as long as your identity has your email and mobile phone number tied to it, if you sign up for services again, you'll be texted or emailed in the purchase flow, and you'll be prompted to sign in again and link your identity, or you can pull the email/phone off the previous identity and create a new one.
