Can't access account information and shop for plans

I'm just trying to buy internet. Everytime I click on anything in the comcast menu, I am shown the following message:

We're getting your account set up. Check back soon to track and activate your services.

"""

I can't change my email, check my phone number, or do anything with my account.

Have you purchased services yet? If not, I recommend signing out, or going into a private browser, and shopping, then you'll be able to associate your purchase with your Xfinity ID later on in the process.

It's directly guiding me to log in before I could choose a new plan. I have the exact same issue as him.
