Can't access My Account
I started my service in early September, and I am still unable to access my account. I should have a bill coming up soon but I am unable to login and see my bill/account information. When I try it says "We're getting your account set up. Check back soon to track and activate your services."
Please help!

I'm having the same issue!!! Can't believe the total....and I mean total lack of customer service!!! I can't even find a number to call Xfinity. I've been looking for hours. They want you to only use the automated online contact but it can't help me. I've had that same message up saying thank you for your purchase. We're setting up your account now. Lmao it's been up for 10 days now!!
