Can't access MY ACCOUNT
I still can't view or manage MY ACCOUNT at xfinity.com (purchased August 12). I'm still getting "Thanks for your purchase... we're getting your account set up..." I know my ID and password, but am blocked from entering them by data already stuck in the log-in window.

Today (Sep 16) I managed to contact a real person using xfinity's 800 customer service phone line and have been set up with a new ID enabling me to access my account.

I have removed cookies galore. I have attempted logging in many times, using three different browsers. I have attempted logging in on 4 different devices. For over a month I have continued to get the "Thank you for your purchase..... we're getting your account set up...." window, blocking me from entering my valid ID and log-in password. Obviously, I'm receiving internet service from Comcast, but cannot view or pay my bill. I have wasted valuable time going in circles chatting with both "xfinity assistant" on the web, and xfinity's automated "customer service" on an 800 telephone line.
