It doesn't matter how many items I try to follow ON Comcast's "help" page, I cannot view my Billing information or Add more Users to my xFinity Account. I'm getting tired of playing games with your company. Either fix the issue, or be prepared for my account to move to one of your competetors. I have been working at this for weeks thinking I just need the right combination of information. But nothing has worked. Comcast's "Help" Page is a less than helpful Circuitous vacuum for the end user.

When you sign in to your My Account page are you seeing that you are the Primary? Primary and account holder are two different things.
