Can't Access Account
So apparently this is a consistent problem with quite a few people, and hasn't been fixed yet, but I digress. I'm not set as the primary user, and every time I try to log in I'm greeted with a screen that says "thank you for your purchase," and "we're setting up your account right now." Could you please fix my problem and also address this level of blatant technical incompetence to whoever is in charge of this sort of mess?
