Can not access my account

Hi, I recently purchased my Xfinity plan and set my account up, all over four days ago. I am still stuck on the “we’re getting your account set up” part of it, and I can do nothing to even view my account or my purchase.

I have my own router and cables, all I need is for my account to be set up. It has been four days and I am missing online college class time as a result. If there’s anything that can be done as soon as possible, that would be great

Hi @Tyler1999 if it fell out of the buyflow, someone should be reaching back out to you. I'd recommend chatting or calling in to see the status.
