App won't let me sign in

Every time I sign in to any of the apps it says that I am not the user or my password is wrong. When I bypass that and do the security challenge nothing appears and no verbal cues are made.

I suggest hopping on another device like a laptop and resetting your password https://idm.xfinity.com/myaccount/reset?execution=e1s1

 

Then clearing the cache in your mobile phone's browser cache:
