I have 3 separate accounts and 2 emails covering 3 different addresses. Two of the accounts are linked. Two of the accounts no longer have servoces at those address but unfortunatley they are not the linked accounts.  I only want 1 account wiht my email address and current serivce address. I have tried to call and resolve this issue to no avail. I'd like to send all the details in an email but comcast doesn't provide a support email. Discussing it over the phone appear to confuse the person I speak to. Please help.

Hi all,

 

We were able to solve the issues Willygjr was having by moving his Xfinity ID from his old address to his new address, and changing the contact points accordingly. 

 

If you're experiencing similar issues, you can always invite the contact points in question as a secondary to your identity, and sign in to the secondary accounts, and unlink your previous account. Then you can maintain the secondaries, or change their contact points to be associated with the right Xfinity ID user.
