I'm transferring internet service these days and at some point when I tried to login, it said sth like 'this account is already in use, pls try another...'. And since then, when I logged in and it says there is a communication error. Now it says 'We're getting your account set up. Check back soon to track and activate your services.'
Hi @csy11, Thank you for posting to the Xfinity Forums. We appreciate you choosing Comcast as your entertainment provider in your new home. This error normally appears when the service at your new home has not yet been installed, or the work order completed. We'd be happy to look further into this for you.
