I have tried several different ways to get this resolved with no success. there are only two emails associated with my account: my primary email and the email given to me by creating this account, yet whenever i log in to my account using either of those emails and try to look at something in billing or almost any service i am told i am not the primary user on this account. can someone please help as i am tired of dealing with the robotic system that just repeatedly asks me the same questions over and over as it has no possible way of solving my problems.

You can always use www.xfinity.com/id to find out what your primary Xfinity ID is. In your case, you have a Primary and Member on your account, both with your name on them. Your mobile phone number is associated with your primary, so sign in with that, or go to www.xfinity.com/password to reset it.
