Account not active
I am an internet essentials customer and having been using it for 2 months with no problems. Recently when trying to use the internet it redirected me to a browser to sign in. I put in my information but it takes me to a screen to purchase a pass. I went on the Xfinity website and it says my account is inactive. I have been back and forth kn the phone with Xfinity but no one can help me. This is really frustrating. Dows anyone have any suggestions.
