So I'm having all sorts of issues with my account. It's the only userid attached to this account. Yet I can't access billing, among other things, and get told I don't have permission as my account is a secondary account. https://idm.xfinity.com/myaccount/lookup I've used this to look my address up and there is a blank account under owner at the top with my account listed down below as user. I also have my old address still listed on my account. I also can't attach my mobile number as it says it's attached to a different account.
If someone could please help me with this I would appreciate it.
