Account not acting as Primary

So I'm having all sorts of issues with my account. It's the only userid attached to this account. Yet I can't access billing, among other things, and get told I don't have permission as my account is a secondary account. https://idm.xfinity.com/myaccount/lookup I've used this to look my address up and there is a blank account under owner at the top with my account listed down below as user. I also have my old address still listed on my account. I also can't attach my mobile number as it says it's attached to a different account.

 

  1. Primary account acts as if it's secondary.
  2. https://idm.xfinity.com/myaccount/lookup is showing blank account as owner with mine as user.
  3. Old address still attached to my account.
  4. Mobile number error.

 

If someone could please help me with this I would appreciate it.
