Why is it so convolutedly complicated to enter a verification code from an e-mail account to an Xfinity account also when you go there it takes at least a couple of hours for your staff to even post the 6 figure code? Quite frankly I liked the service significantly better when there was an agent on thhe phone to do what your AI is FAILING to do!!!!!

Hi @KingTopCat,  I'm sorry to hear you're having issues, we're here to help. Can you let me know what you're trying to do. It sounds like you're trying to sign in to an Xfinity ID and use Two-Step Verification with a code that goes to your email that you then use to sign in. Let me know if we're on the right track.
