I've gotten a notice that my account is being set up for the past two weeks every time I try to log on. I'm unable to access my account or any services.
An agent has to properly link your login profile with your account. Hopefully, one will see your post and respond. You might call 800-COMCAST or 800-XFINITY and ask someone there to check/do it. They might have to escalate it to tech support.
