Account Management

I am unable to understand amount due.  Beginning January 2020 through June 2020 date when I request to disconnect.  

Please look over account and give me the current amount due.  My services has been disconnected September (I believe).  I don't owe that amount shown to me.

Hi @lowensmartin, we don't cover billing here so I've escalated your issue to the team. The forum is meant more for general questions, the best way to reach us and to get a timely response is through chat or calling in.
