2 step verification
two step verification I chose this in error, now it does not recognize me and will not let me turn it off. it keeps telling me I am in a restricted section. I am the only person to make any changes to settings ever to this account now I can't do anything. How do I turn that stupid thing off

Or it could be a Manager user. I am a Manager User and had to have the Primary User turn it off be removing my gmail address from Contact my Information. There is no switch to turn it off for the Manager User as there is for the Primary User. Two Step Verification worked fine for a long time, but stopped texting codes to our phones or to gmail recently. Our Windows 10 Pro PC was recently updated to version 21H1. We want to use Two Step Verification to work! I am here to look for a solution to our issue.
