2 accounts conflict

Have an old account and a just signed up a week ago, my old account from years ago having problem trying to add my email to the new one, and registering seems to redirect to the old inactive account saying user invalid.  Is there a way to delete my old account or how can I have that removed.

What you can do is go into My Account Web and add a new user ( and send an invite to your email tied to that identity. Once you accept, it'll create a secondary on your account with the prior identity which includes the email. You can remove the email then remove the secondary, and you should be able to add it to your primary user.
