Flex TV Guide

I have a Flex Guide and also Instant TV. Within the Flex, there is a channel guide. The channel guide shows me QVC, Epix, and a bunch of foreign channels. I've called tech support twice and no one can explain what's wrong or how to fix it. How can the guide be refreshed to align with the channels Flex provides and also the Instant TV channels I get?
