You no longer have Xfinity service at this address
I have seen on other forums some people had the same problem. Looks like it can only be resolved in the forums. The wifi stopped working this morning. And I got this when I tried going into my account through the mobile app. Apparently I might need to send proof of residency because of the new house we just moved in but I don't know who or where to send it.
Edit: Nevermind, I've decided to take a new plan and make a new account.
