I do not receive any email from Xfinity because I do not use my Comcast email, never go there, and when I try to to add my personal email address to the account profile I get an error message saying that email address is already connected to an account!???
Also issue with my mobile phone no. When I call they tell me it is connected to my account. When there is a tech appt, I get a message on tv asking me for mobile number to text. When I try to enter my number it tells me it is wrong!
Dealing with Xfinity makes me feel like I'm in the Twilight Zone.
