Unlink accounts

I was not a customer but had my cell phone as contact for my father in law. I recently became a customer and my new account is linked to my father in law's. I need these unlinked.

To start with, whoever is managing your father-in-law's account needs to initiate the removal of/change to the phone number associated with the account.
