Trouble changing email and phone

I am trying to change my email address and phone number on My Account but I am receiving an error message that "This email address is already associated with an Xfinity account" as I had previously had an Xfinity account under that email and at an old address before moving to where I currently live. Is there a way to manually change my email address and phone from the back end?
