I have a similar problem, but I have instead just signed up and purchased a plan that I intend to use, but for over 24 hours I have been redirected to the page where it says "Thanks for your purchase..." and "We're getting your account set up. Check back soon to track and activate your services" followed by some account information. I have tried to reset my password and log in a different way, but it seems to continuously redirect me to that page. I thought that maybe it was because it was the weekend and the account can only be setup on business days, but is this normal?
