There are two addresses associated to my account. One of them is current, which I set as the primary address, but there's also a seondary (old) address. This affects registering for the Roku Comcast app since it says I'm not a subscriber.
Looking at the other post, it looks like I'm supposed to send a private message to one of the Comcast members on this forum, but I cannot figure out how for the life of me.
We have now enabled the ability for you to either make primary or unlink accounts you do not want linked directly from the My Account website experience.

Hi, I was excited to see your message. But unfortunately just wasted another 10 minutes of time going in circles. My main login is linked to my old address account, with the new address showing linked and as primary. There is no option to remove an account from that linked account view - probably since my login is associated with that account number. I would really like some one on one assistance since I feel my case needs escalated intervention.
Hi Elverado, could you let me know the two account numbers you have, your new and your old, and the Xfinity ID (email, mobile, username) that you have on each one of them? This can be found in My Account under the "Users" tab.
