Modem
On my Macbook when I sign in to Xfinity "My Account - Devices" - when I click on WiFi network details, it says "something has gone wrong" When I try to reset the modem it says "only accessible for Xfinity 1 customers - which I AM.
I downloaded the Xfinity App on my iPad and when I click on the Internet tab it says "no devices registered"
