To better protect email and Xfinity credentials from being compromised, customers who use a third party email application (Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, etc.) through a POP connection are now required to use a secure mail server and can no longer utilize POP Port 110. While POP will still be supported, customers should ensure that their email application is set up through the secure Port 995.
