call forwarding change

Since I switched to xfinity for my home, I have always had to line setup to ring at home and on my cellphone.  Everything has been working fine.  Recently however I have been having a major problem.  If I call home using my cellphone, the call does not go through but tries to log me into voicemail instead. This not the way that it worked before and is totally useless.  What did you do?
