Xfinity Voice/Home phone service not working, I need my home phone too!
Hi. My Xfinity phone service has not been working since my last billing cycle. I cannot call the Xfinity 800 number as I do not have an iphone or cell. The Xfinity chat is not working and I am not getting a reply from the Xfiniity Facebook page. I need some help getting in contact with Xfinity online, not via a phone. Is there at least an email address for Xfinity customer service? I have tried the "chat" option for days and the "agent" never comes online, it is the same on Facebook. Is there any way to email Xfinity or talk to an acutal person online? The chat used to work great, not sure what changed, and from my research on this site I am not the only one asking "what happened to the chat with an agent option?" because it's still not working. Please let me know if Xfinity has an acutal customer service email address or how to get the "chat with an agent" option to work correctly.
