Voicemail suddenly disabled

I Have had Voicemail with my Voice service with Xfinity for as long as I have had the account. Recently family members have notified me that voicemail is not working. I looked at My Account on-line, and it says my Voicemail is not enabled.

 

How do I get my Voicemail enabled? And also get credit for this (hopefully) temporary deficiency in service?

 

I have called but it keeps sending me to tech support, and as long as the modem works (has been and still is after multiple resets), it says my system is fine. It may be a Voicemail software issue.  Can't get past the call tree.
