THIS IS RIDICULOUS!

When I reactivated my service with Xfinity, I was told I would have all of the same features, that my disconnect fee would be reimbursed, that my phone number would stay the same, that my voice2go and txt would be included, etc, etc...  none of which is true!! I'm paying 80 dollars a month, doing MY OWN TECH SUPPORT, btw!  In fact getting more done than any of your support has done and now I can't even contact you.  I don\t know if this message will even be read or responded to in a reasonable way.    My most recent grievance was in regards to your lying to me about how I would be able to keep txt messaging and when I finally got through to chat with an agent, he said he'd credit my account with 15 dollars to compensate me!  I'm sorry, but that's not enough and besides, upon reviewing my billing today, I see I was only credited FIFTEEN CENTS!!

Without txt messaging, I am severely limited in my communication and it WILL affect my income!!!!  I can't even sign up on most websites because they require that I recieve a txt message to validate my registration with them!

 

 

 

  It's insulting the way I've been provided overpriced incompetant service with you!  I'm locked into this contract and I am hereby demanding that you lift said contract so that I may be back on my month to month or at least down grade me so that I am paying less.  You don't deserve 85 a month for what you're providing, Xfiinity!!  

 

The worst part is, that you hold a monopoly on cable internet in my town, so I have no recourse here if I want home internet!!

 

I need compensation.  I demand better than a $0.15 credit!!!  That is just insulting and in my opinion I feel the removal of texting was a full-on breach of contract.  Seeing as how I can't even communicate with you right now, I'll call my lawyer tomorrow, show him the chat transcripts and see if I my opinion is indeed a fact.

 

  I suggest that you release me from this contract or reduce my monthly prices.

 

YOUR AGENTS SPEND MORE TIME VALIDATING MY IDENTITY THAN THEY DO ACTUALLY SOLVING MY PERSISTENT ISSUES WITH YOUR SERVICES!!!  SERIOUSLY, THIS IS RIDICULOUS!

I just need to add:
I was told that I'd receive my Flex device, or whatever it's called, in 24 hrs.. ..

ANOTHER LIE! WHERE IS IT???

NONE OF YOU EVEN INFORMED ME THAT IT WAS INCLUDED IN MY SERVICES.
HOW LONG HAVE I BEEN SHORTED THIS FEATURE!?? ANOTHER REASON TO TERMINATE THIS CONTRACT AND GO WITH MONTH TO MONTH. YOU'RE SHORTING ME! IM NOT RICH, BUT YOU ARE, COMCAST.
