Hello - is there a place on the xfinity sites to "put in for a port" Vonage to Xfiinity Voice? After searching for some hours, there does not appear to any place to check if your Vonage number can be ported. There are lots of unhappy reports but there are several postings that say the Gold Member here in the forum solved their problem. The problem referred to seems to be a "rate center" problem or a 911 problem. I can't really tell from the comments what the problem is and how to solve it. Fortunately, I see some solutions, but not comments about how to do the solution. Calling customer service is difficult since I get different answers (yes, you can , no you can't). Is there a process by which I can contact someone who can help?
