No incoming calls

After my 2 phone numbers not being able to accept calls since 03/18 and multiple calls to first level support to no avail, finally today I was forwarded to 2nd tier support who fixed problem by activating my numbers which 1st level support does not have the tools or ability to do. If issue happens to you, insist on getting to 2nd tier support to have your number activated.
