Have been hold with Xfinity for 1.5 hours. They instructed me to call back when modem was reset otherwise no representative can help me. I did that and waited 1.5 hours with no assistance and the automated message came back and asked me to once again reset and call back. Biggest joke of customer support. I am seriously considering canceling all services. Worst service company I have ever dealt with. I use WOW for my business and it is 100X better customer support. Why are they so bad?!?
