How can I connect to level 2 or 3 tech support in the USA?

I’ve had ongoing requests to port my phone number to my new home since moving in October 2019. I keep getting the runaround from customer support in the Philippines saying they can’t move the number bc of a different rate center. But then the folks at the Comcast store and other customer service people say they can port it since before my move. I’ve moved this same phone number from Smyrna to Sandy Springs to Atlanta and now am in Roswell Ga. I’m still in Fulton County. Can someone in the US call me? The ticket number last given to me is #971758. But they keep telling me it’s in process and will take 24-48 hours and nothing happens.

The people that actually do the porting from the technical side told you it can’t be done because of rate center, then it can’t be done. There’s no way around it
