Gotta love it when Comcast advertises their voice service as Unlimited Long Distance, and then doesn't follow up on it.  Since I am now working remotely for my job, there is a conference bridge that I'm required to call into and stay up on for my entire shift.  They have sent me 2 letters saying it's against their "use agreement" and that they'll terminate my service if I don't stop.  I have called them multiple times, explaining the situation and they claimed that they opened a case and would escalate it up the chain to see if they could come up with a solution to their complaint.  Last week someone called and advised that they're sending the case up the chain and I'd hear back in 24 hours.  Well THAT didn't happen.  Instead, I've received 3 harassing phone calls this week from this same group.  I actually answered the phone today and talked to the same rep who originally put in that case.  Although, he had no clue what I was talking about.  When I gave him the case number, he said that all it had in there was that I was going to see about upgrading to a business line.  Um...NO...that's what YOU wanted me to do, that is not what I planned.  He claimed there was no notes in the case number documenting any previous phone calls.  I worked for a competitor of theirs for 21 years, and their lack of documentation is just mind boggling.  He claimes he's escalating to Tier 3 today, and also refused to let me speak with any supervisor.  They're also too clueless to bother looking at my phone usage to see that I've actually stopped using my landline to call into that bridge...yet they still want to call ME and threaten to shut off my service.  Unreal!  😠😡
