Disgusted by the treatment from xfinity

My home phone service was disconnected today. I use my phone mainly for entertainment purposes, being legally blind and have other issues. Long story short, unlimited doesn’t mean unlimited. The only way I can have my service back is if I provide the pin that came with my service activation. I don’t have this info and they will not reconnect my phone service. I’ve even had several notes on my account about a website with a disclaimer to long distance carriers. This website is the home of the Chatline I use most. I’m going to fight this and see how they can give me my service back but don’t know who to talk to anymore. The last guy with CSA was pretty nasty about it.
